Wow ui is already in place and simple to use, auctionator expands on it nicely without being cumbersome (list shopping is a godsend for me), and with TSM you will get out proportionally as much as u put in to setting it up to work for you. It has improved tremendously over the original design and isnt bad for selling random stuff the way you are currently.īottom line, as with all advice, your mileage will vary. As for the base new WoW AH ui, i only use it when buying not mat related items. Plus auctionator gives a nice tooltip view of items in my bags to sell quickly with less scrolling, unlike tsm. Darkmoon decks on my server for instance i always pist well above going rate because of what i bought the individual cards for. Is there a way to get those to show as per-item instead While I'm complaining, it'd also be nice to click an existing auction and have the posting price be updated to undercut the selected auction. Auctionator i use primarily when selling 1 off items i want to control the price of without having to tweak settings. The existing auction prices are per-item, but the bid and buyout price at the top are for the full stack. While i could live without it, mass selling multiple different items is just easier with it. ago Auctionator is DBM or Bigwigs TSM is DBM or Bigwigs plus a full suite of Weak Auras The Blizz AH alone is raiding/dungeoning without addons. If the base UI is a Ford Model T, Auctionator is Ford Escort with a couple of options, and TradeSkillMaster is a 1m dollar supercar. I personally have set up tsm for several of my crafting professions. Comparing Auctionator to TSM is really unfair. Like several people on here have posted, it all depends on how far you want to take things. Questiob is do I miss out by not using TSM or even Auctionator? Cheers! Default AH now also shows minimum price as you sell so it's not a problem either. In fact TSM is even faster but you have to make lists etc. Auctionator puts everything on minimum price so selling is very fast. I know TSM is used by hardcore goldmakers but it seems a bit overkill for things I do. I mean I'm not experienced enough to decide which one is most suited for everyday selling as I don't know what I'm looking for. I've tried all 3 ways I've mentioned and they all just. Baaically I use the AH as an improved vendor. I always end up having stuff like herbs, skins, cloth, BoEs in my bags and I put them in the AH on minimum price. Usually when I play I do M+, WQs, RBGs, raids etc. That means I don't specifically farm gold so I wanted to get advice from the professionals. I've been wondering what are the differences between the 3 options mentioned in title.
